I’m a dreamer, in all aspects of my life. I often find myself lost in thought about the possibilities life holds and smiling because I know I can really do anything.

One of my biggest passions is traveling. I blame my parents for giving me the travel bug. A family trip to Europe started it all, and I am SO thankful that it did. I’m a travel junkie, and I couldn’t be happier about it.

For a TJ (travel junkie) like myself, what’s the dream? What do I want more than anything? I want to see and explore the world. I want to experience different cultures, taste different food, listen to different languages and meet new people. Finally, after what seems like forever, I’m jetting off on my adventure. Four straight months of traveling. Four months of exciting adventures. It’s FINALLY happening.

I always knew that when I finally booked my ticket to explore the world, I would start a blog to write about it. Now that it’s only 47 days away, I suppose it’s time.

It’s hard for me to sit here and put exactly into words how I’m feeling about it all. Nervous? That’s a no-brainer. Anxious? Goes without saying. Prepared? Are you kidding me? Excited? More than you could ever really know. This has been my dream for what seems like forever. I have been talking about this exact trip for so long, that my friends and family are probably sick of hearing about it. But come June 25, I’m getting on a plane with my amazing boyfriend, with some plans, but also no plans. Packing up my life, just leaving, letting the wind take me where it may and I am thrilled. My heart beats a little faster when I think about, but it’s finally time. Time for me to get wanderfully lost. And I’m so excited you’re along for the ride.
